DISCOVER ITALY THROUGH ITS CULINARY TRADITIONS, organised by the IICCI and ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine as part of the project True Italian Taste.

This webinar be dedicated to ITALIAN CHEESE and COLD-CUTS: needing no introduction, cheese and cold cuts feature prominently in  many aspects of Italian Cuisine. What makes these products so appealing? How did they catalyse so much attention? How has their consumption and understanding changed over time? 

After the opening remarks by Alessandro De MasiHead of Economic and Commercial Affairs at the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi, India and Francesca DatolaFirst Secretary, Economic & Innovation DepartmentClaudio Maffioletti, CEO of the IICCI, will introduce the True Italian Taste proect, whilst Andrea Sinigaglia, General Manager of ALMA will present the school. Following, Carlo Maria Ricci, ALMA Chef Ambassador and Binita Debnath, ALMA Graduate Ambassador will take participants through the wonders of Italian cheese and cold-cuts.

The  webinar is aimed not only at professionals and students in the  hospitality and catering industry, but also to all those foodies who are  passionate about Italian cuisine and culture.
