Established in 1991 to foster and promote Italian Cuisine and Italian products among professionals who work in restaurants abroad. Since its foundation, ICIF has organized Master Courses (two months of theoretical and practical training at the school, plus a four-month internship period at selected restaurants) and Short Courses (general and themed) for groups of young Italian and foreign professionals (Chefs, Sommeliers, Restaurateurs), who want to specialize in Italian Oenology and Cuisine.
ICIF offers courses and training programs for both professionals and amateurs:
- High Level Specialized Courses on Modern Culinary Techniques and Innovative Technologies and Backing and Pastry Techniques
- Professional Courses on Italian Cuisine, Italian Cuisine and Wine, and Food Management
- Professional Themed courses on Italian Bakery, Italian Pastry, Pizza, Gelato, and Gluten Free Cooking
