Inviting all the Budding Chefs from India willing to improve their Cooking Skills in Italian Culinary Arts and avail of Special Concession on Tuition Fees!
About ALMA - The School of Italian Culinary Arts:
ALMA is conveniently located in the heart of the Food Valley, in the beautiful Ducal Palace of Colorno, a few kilometres from Parma, proclaimed by UNESCO as the “Creative City of Gastronomy in 2015” in recognition of its heritage of PDO and PGI delicacies and culinary specialities, as well as Capital of Culture 2020 & 2021. Parma is also the seat of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
