About the International Winter School :
Within the collaboration between Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), a United Nations agency and IULM University, the creation of an entirely online winter school represents a moment of integration between experience and knowledge of both institutions in order to create a program that implements knowledge and the sharing of information on global issues that can contribute to the sustainable development of society.

The Program will be offered online and is as follows:

• This class is open to all & will focus on the key themes such as the Food Safety, Sustainable Development & Behavioral Change.

• 75 minutes of Intervention + Q&A :- The faculty will compose IULM professors and FAO officials who will cover, according to their areas of expertise, the following topics:

• Culture and Behavioral Change

• The Influence of Food on Culture and Society

• Neuromarketing and Neurogastrophysics: An insight on the Consumer Decision Making Process

• Food Ecological Footprint

• Food Security and Food Safety

• Communication, Food and Behavioral Changes

• Final Discussion and Conclusions

At the end of the program, those wishing to obtain a Certificate Of Participation will be required to complete a questionnaire.

Please Note : The Certificate Of Participation will be issued to only those who would attend all 3 Days of the International Winter School.
